§3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF GUESTS OF APARTMENTS POMARAŃCZARNIA

The purpose of processing personal data by the facility is to conclude and execute the short-term rental agreement of a residential unit. Additionally, the purpose of processing personal data by Apartments Pomarańczarnia includes: pursuing potential claims by Apartments Pomarańczarnia for damages caused by the tenant, hereinafter referred to as “Guest,” or defending against Guest’s claims towards the facility. Moreover, the processing of personal data is for tax documentation, ensuring the highest quality of service for the Guests. If the Guest consents to their data being processed for marketing purposes, the facility will process it to send marketing information and offers. Additionally, personal data collected by the facility’s monitoring system will be processed to ensure the safety of Guests and other persons on the premises of Apartments Pomarańczarnia.

§4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for processing the Guest’s personal data obtained by Apartments Pomarańczarnia is the short-term rental agreement. The legal basis for processing data for marketing purposes is the Guest’s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing done before the withdrawal. The legal basis for processing personal data via monitoring is the protection of the Guest’s and other individuals’ vital interests, as well as the legitimate interest of the administrator. The legal basis for processing personal data to ensure the highest quality of services is the legitimate interest of the administrator.

§5. ENTITIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Apartments Pomarańczarnia transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:
• IT support companies providing services to the facility and software providers,
• Accounting firms providing financial services,
• Transport and taxi companies in case of Guest’s transportation or courier requests,
• Law firms providing legal advice and representation,
• Debt collection companies.

§6. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data:
• Obtained in connection with the short-term rental agreement will be processed for the period of the statute of limitations for tax or civil claims of Apartments Pomarańczarnia or the Guest, whichever occurs later,
• Obtained based on consent for marketing purposes will be processed as long as the marketing consent is valid,
• Collected via monitoring will be processed for 30 days from the date of recording and then permanently deleted.

§7. GUEST’S RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Each Guest has the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of their personal data. Additionally, each Guest has the right to object to the processing. Access to the data is available at the facility’s headquarters, Apartments Pomarańczarnia. Moreover, the facility provides the email address: apartamenty@pomaranczarnia.pl for contact regarding personal data.

§8. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Each Guest has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

§9. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Providing personal data such as name, address, email address, contact phone number, child’s age (if staying with a child), and vehicle registration number (if parking on the premises) is a requirement for concluding the short-term rental agreement. Failure to provide the data will prevent the facility from concluding the rental agreement.

§10. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING BASED ON PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PROFILING

Apartments Pomarańczarnia may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to tailor offers.

1. All content and information on our website are the property of Pomarańczarnia S.C. Aleksandra and Przemysław Jarno, based in Poznań, and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 880, as amended), particularly in terms of use, display, copying, transmission, distribution, modification, or deletion.
2. Any actions within the scope defined in point 1 above require written consent from Pomarańczarnia S.C. Aleksandra and Przemysław Jarno, based in Poznań. Otherwise, they will be considered unlawful and constitute an infringement of the company’s intellectual property.
