By performing any of the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the regulations on behalf of themselves and the accompanying persons staying with them at the facility or for whom they made the reservation.
2. The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the facility. The Guest is required to comply with the Regulations and the Safety Policy.

6. The facility also reserves the right to refuse to extend the hotel day in case of room unavailability.

§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

1. A Guest renting a room is required to present a photo ID to the reception staff for identification purposes, as well as to complete the registration card provided by the reception staff and sign it.

3. Unregistered persons may stay with the Guest in the room/apartment they occupy only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with the Guest’s consent and responsibility. After 9:00 PM, additional persons must be registered. It is the responsibility of the Guest who rented the apartment to report the additional persons; otherwise, the Guest bears responsibility for the failure to fulfill the registration obligation. Registering an additional person or failing to report them, despite their presence, will result in additional costs for the Guest according to the applicable service price list.
4. The facility may refuse to admit a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during their previous stay, particularly by causing damage to the facility’s property or the property of other Guests, or causing harm to other Guests, employees, or other persons staying at the facility.
